			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is well known to everyone that the primary and secondary level education in a country is a sign of better things to come in the future. Plenty of stress is being laid on the strengthening of education at these levels in India also. It is no surprise that various internationally established and acclaimed schools are opening their branches in different cities of India. There has also been sufficient effort from the part of the government, so that people are able to educate their children. </p>
<p>This has also given rise to the huge competition among the school students as well as the students of higher classes. As parents, it is further adding to their responsibilities to give an edge to their children in this stiff competition. The home tuition system has come as a respite for the parents as well as the children in present day scenario. </p>
<p>In such a method, people hire a teacher or tutor to teach different subjects to their kids. There can be the engagement of a single teacher, who can cover most of the subjects of the schools or colleges, or in many cases, there is only a single teacher for a single subject. Private tutor in the higher classes are of the later type, where they concentrate on a single subject. For the lower classes, mostly up to the 6-7th standards, many people engage a single teacher to cover different subjects. </p>
<p>In the single teacher concept, a private tutor is asked to come at a particular time according to the convenience of the teacher or the children. He or she then takes up the task of teaching different topics from all the subjects either on a single day or separately on different days. It can also be arranged by the teacher as to how the routine would be followed. Even, the duration of the tutoring can be decided by the home tutor as per the convenience and receptiveness of the students. </p>
<p>In many cities nowadays, the home tutors are being found in large numbers because it gives an additional source of income for many, who are otherwise engaged in the teaching profession. People with specialisation in various subjects but involved in non-teaching professions, are also coming forward for home tuitions in the metro cities. Gradually, such teachers for the purpose of tuitions are found in the smaller cities as well as parents are eager to give an additional help for their kids. </p>
<p>Many college going students are also seeking private tutor, so that they can grasp their subjects in a better and quicker manner. Mostly in the science subjects, the availability of the home tutors is becoming common, who take up a single subject. There was a phase where coaching centres and classroom tuitions were prevalent. But the social scenario has again got redirected towards home tuitions which was a norm in the historical dates where the wards of the rich and famous were able to afford private teaching and teachers. Such a concept of home tuition is being looked at as an advantage for the kids, and therefore people are seeking to have the best quality education for their kids to score good marks.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Laws are made for a reason.  They provide feedback to the individual whether their behaviour is acceptable to the standards upheld by the applicable law.  Some people get away with breaking the law, some don&#8217;t, and others become wrongfully accused.  The law is not perfect in its justice and righting what we deem is wrong, unless you are talking about the only law that really matters &#8211; the law of attraction.</p>
<p>What is the Law of Attraction?</p>
<p>The law of attraction is the belief that like attracts like, and that positive and negative thoughts bring about positive and negative results, respectively.</p>
<p>In a nutshell, you attract to you people and consequences that are a direct reflection of the thoughts with feeling you are having on a day to day basis.</p>
<p>One of the most famous books ever published was based on the theme that &#8220;thoughts are things&#8221;.  Napoleon Hill wrote Think and Grow Rich in 1937 after interviewing hundreds of Americas most affluent people and boiled down their success in their personal and business life to the fact that these individuals understood that how they thought was going to create their reality.</p>
<p>This book is a timeless classic due to the fact that it is rooted in a timeless principle &#8211; the law of attraction.</p>
<p>Law of Attraction &#8211; It&#8217;s Universal</p>
<p>The law of attraction is one that is universal in nature and knows no physical boundaries.  Its the one law that is consistent across the earth, stars, and planets.  Its the one law you can never hide from, avoid, or impose on someone else.</p>
<p>Thats right, its as perfect a law as there is on this planet.</p>
<p>Whats better, its is unwavering and always gives back to the person what they rightly deserve, based on their thoughts and feelings. You can&#8217;t fake out the law of attraction.  You can&#8217;t ask for a &#8220;do over&#8221; from the past.  However, you can literally get what you want no matter how small or large it may seem to you at the time, in the &#8220;future&#8221;.</p>

<p>Whether we like to admit it or not, we have no choice but to accept that the life we have currently is a residual of our past thoughts we had with feeling (conscious or subconscious).  The good news is if we don&#8217;t like it, we can always change our thoughts to reflect a more positive outcome for our future.</p>
<p>This may seem easy at first, and it is with regards to its simplicity in its nature, but the practice of it on a continual basis is what stops people from getting what they truly want.</p>
<p>If you simply decide to change you thoughts on a daily basis, with belief, after 30 days you could expect those thoughts to start becoming your reality.  For some, they start seeing results right away!  However, if you want this to be a constant flow of universal &#8220;goodness&#8221;, you need to practice every day examining your thoughts and making sure they are only positive in nature and focus on what you want to help it become your reality.</p>
<p>If this seems difficult to you, you are going to have to accept that all your thoughts, regardless if they are negative or positive, will manifest in a physical way.  Thats a lot of power to control, but the possibilities are endless.</p>
<p>You can literally leverage your thoughts to become who you want to be!  Thats power!</p>

<p>Some people call it an &#8220;attitude of gratitude&#8221;.  For you to attract more of the things you want in life, you need to be thankful for what you already have.  So if you are focused on creating more wealth for yourself, you can&#8217;t think about all the debt you currently are in (this is the one aspect many people trip on).  You need to be grateful for the money you do have and feel good about it every single day.  This will help you attract more money (and with the right actions, it can really accelerate the process).</p>
<p>The other important factor is that you believe that whatever you want is already in existence.  The mind can not tell the difference between what you believe is your reality, and what is not.  Therefore, if you believe in your mind that your new car is already yours, it will help attract that to your existence.  Conversely, if you are thinking about how you dislike your current vehicle, and you are hoping to have a new one in the future, thats where it will remain.</p>
<p>So express gratitude, believe you already have what you want, and be ready to receive it.</p>
<p>A Law of Attraction Exercise</p>
<p>I recently held an exercise with my business partners on using the law of attraction.  Each day, for 30 straight days, we expressed genuine gratitude for what was currently in our existence, and believed what we wanted was already ours, and we just needed to be ready to receive it.</p>
<p>Within a few days of this attraction mastermind, people were already starting to notice some serendipitous activity with them, and their family!  This brought it home that an attitude of gratitude is the only way to live, and that our thoughts needed to be on course with what we wanted to come into our existence.</p>
<p>I encourage you to use the law of attraction in your life every single day to get what you want.  Failure to take control and use it wisely, will haphazardly create your life.</p>
<p>Let the universe know what you want, be clear about it, and believe it is already yours.  Back that up with gratitude for the things in you life you already have, and you are on your way to create a new existence, tailored specifically by you.</p>

The law is not perfect in its justice and righting what we deem is wrong, unless you are talking about the only law that really matters &#8211; the law of attraction.</p>
<p>What is the Law of Attraction?</p>
<p>The law of attraction is the belief that like attracts like, and that positive and negative thoughts bring about positive and negative results, respectively.</p>
<p>In a nutshell, you attract to you people and consequences that are a direct reflection of the thoughts with feeling you are having on a day to day basis.</p>
<p>One of the most famous books ever published was based on the theme that &#8220;thoughts are things&#8221;. <div id="_mcePaste">As a child and well into my teenage years, I was a person who was often referred to as being very shy. Even though this description was true, I always longed to be as confident and outgoing as everybody else. The problem was that I did not know how to gain this self-esteem and found socialising very difficult.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">There were many reasons as to why I was a shy person. My family by nature for whatever reason are seemingly always worrying about something or other. We all spiral in and out of depression and basically have a negative outlook on life.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">I also grew up having to cope with a stuttering problem which as you can imagine did not help my own confidence levels and only added to what was already the difficult task of mixing with other people. I did eventually manage to achieve fluency but only after suffering with the speech impediment for eighteen years.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">I have to say that I always preferred to be by myself and was what many people saw as a loner. When I am on my own nobody can hurt me and I was also in no danger of stuttering. The weird aspect was that inside I was a very confident person who was desperate to show the world, the real Steve Hill.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Being shy made it difficult for me to form relationships with women and made my work life also more of a choir.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">At the age of around twenty-one I decided to attempt to overcome my shyness once and for all. I had to understand the real reasons behind why I was shy and to deal with each one in turn. I asked myself many questions such as:</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Why are you scared of people? This was because I had a fear of not being accepted or liked. They may hurt me by being aggressive towards me or by taunting me about my speech etc. This was me being paranoid, so I decided that if I don&#8217;t try, I won&#8217;t know.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Why are you afraid of socialising? This was because I did not feel that I had a lot to say and believed people would think I was boring. I decided just to try my best and to see what happens.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Why won&#8217;t you approach a member of the opposite sex? This was because I thought that they would only tell me to go away and that they would not be interested in me. Yet again, if I do not try, how will I know.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">These are just three of many questions I asked myself and you can probably see a pattern forming. I was just somebody who was scared to try, a fear of failure in a way. It was also a fear of being rejected and disliked.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">I have now come to realise that out of ten people I meet, three of four of them might not like me, but that means there are six who will. Life is to short to be constantly paranoid and stressed. I have to battle against my shyness and break free of it once and for all.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">I now have more confidence than I ever have had. I still have periods where I become shy but these are becoming less and less as time goes by.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">In conclusion, if you are not happy being shy, work hard to deal with and to understand what is making you this way. I am sure that you can live a much more relaxed life in the same way that I have done.</div>

<div id="_mcePaste">When I had a stammer, I would attend speech therapy, at which I would be told to slow down or to take a deep breath before talking.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">This did not seem to help me very much and after attending these speech therapy lessons for eighteen years decided it probably never would.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">I firmly believed that my own stammer was very much a physcological as well as a physical problem as at times I could talk very well, like for example when I was talking to my girlfriend or when I was talking when I was drunk.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">I decided to read a lot of books about positive thinking for example and at the same time started to study how good fluent talkers were speaking compared to me. I was basically trying to re-learn how to speak.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">It was hard for me to truly believe I would ever be able to achieve fluency as everyone had always told me that you can not overcome a stammer.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">After about a year though I managed to overcome the stammer and then started to help other people to achieve fluency.</div>

<div id="_mcePaste">Self-Coaching yourself in this way is great if youâ€™re:</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">1.	Shy;</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">2.	Too busy for one-on-one coaching;</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">3.	Someone who doesnâ€™t like to go out much;</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">4.	Trying to keep limiting beliefs to yourself;</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">5.	Not ready to be coached by anyone else; and</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">6.	Working on your own personal development without anyone else knowing â€“ that way no-one will be disappointed if you give it up or mess it up.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">However to get the most out of this form of coaching youâ€™ll need to be:</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">1.	Committed to creating the change you want;</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">2.	Disciplined;</div>

<div id="_mcePaste">2.	Work related issues;</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">3.	Indecision &#8211; something youâ€™ve always dreamed of doing is forever being pushed aside and you need to make a decision;</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">4.	House move â€“ do I stay or do I leave?</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">5.	Itchy feet and wanting to explore and experience a new lifestyle; and</div>

Â Youâ€™ll be able to look back and reflect upon your journey, how you did it, the frustrations, obstacles, and triumphs. Â It will also give you a sense of achievement, after all you did it.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">2.	Become aware of how you do things and ask yourself â€œif you could do this in a better way, how would you do it?â€</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">3.	As you coach yourself, at the end of every week summarise what youâ€™ve written and determine what changes you can make easily for the following week.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">4.	Learn to meditate to give you inner peace as well as clarity not only whilst working with your situation but also to give yourself another self-help tool for your â€˜life skill toolkitâ€™.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">5.	Take up a spiritual development course and increase your intuition. Â People use their intuition practically every day without realising it, increasing your intuition can help in all areas of your life.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">6.	Inform everyone who needs to know that youâ€™ll be offline for however long your self coaching sessions will be. Â Once youâ€™ve organised your time, be ruthless and stick to your timetable. Â Failing to do this will result in a nasty thing called procrastination to hold you captive!</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">7.	Make a special note of any limiting beliefs you discover about yourself. Â For example, maybe you have a hang up around earning an income, or maybe youâ€™re not as confident as you like to believe you are. In this case if you are unable to find solutions to these beliefs it&#8217;s time to call upon the services of a transformational coach or other professional (this applies to anything you&#8217;re unable to effectively work through).</div>
