			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Certa vez estava a reunir mensagens e pensamentos que ao longo dos anos fui escrevendo para um boletim mensal da minha actividade, quando notei como muitas delas abordavam dificuldades que sentimos para funcionar saudavelmente nas interacções humanas.É muito notório que o enviesamento de ego que tanto nos domina e faz personalizar tudo, destrói o potencial de encontrar ensinamento em cada relação. Quero com isto dizer que a frágil auto-estima da qual o ser humano tipicamente padece o faz estar entrincheirado na auto-preservação, na defensiva e num combate que torna muito difícil progredir.O progresso a que me refiro prende-se com uma constatação algo difícil de concretizar: tudo o que nos acontece deriva da consciência e de algo que necessitamos aprender. Sendo assim, constitui grande perda de tempo ver os outros como fragmentos separados de nós que aleatoriamente se cruzam no nosso caminho inflingindo algum tipo de stress.Podemos passar muitos anos, ou até a vida toda com esta crença. No entanto, o preço a pagar é a estagnação no processo pedagógico que nos moveu para ter uma vida humana. Podemos não nos lembrar disso, mas fomos nós que quisemos ter esta experiência de vida.Consideremos o exemplo de alguém que já assumiu responsabilidade em relação à sua própria vida. Em que sentido é que poderá usar as <b><a href="http://www.freeflow-internet.com/p%C3%A1ginas-est%C3%A1ticas/intelig%C3%AAncia-emocional.html/" />relações interpessoais</a></b> para carburar o seu trajecto de crescimento? Pergunto isto porque é possível cair na armadilha de estar movido pela boa intenção de aprender com as relações, e dar por si a patrulhar os interlocutores, ou a dizer-lhes como devem ser ou viver a sua vida.<br />
Imaginemos que também esta armadilha é evitada. Sobra apenas um exame atento e o mais lúcido possível de como estamos a jogar o jogo humano. O que nos move? O que queremos provar? É aí que começam a surgir perguntas de excelente qualidade que remetem para o nosso desígnio de vida. O que nos entusiasma, e o que queremos criar.</p>
<p>À medida que vamos apurando a consciência, ocorre um fenómeno interessante. As perguntas qualitativamente melhores são respondidas de múltiplas formas. Em situações de vida, coincidências, mensagens e pensamentos, etc.Tudo isto se torna tão entusiasmante que literalmente não sobra tempo para grandes juízos de valor para dizer como o mundo ou as outras pessoas deviam ser. Mais ainda, parece que esse mundo e as pessoas com que nos cruzamos são as que mais se harmonizam com a leveza emocional que alimentamos.<br />
Não se confunda no entanto leveza emocional com um mar de rosas. A transcendência e o desafio continuam presentes. Mas a forma como vivemos tudo isso produz uma realidade que pode ser fantástica.Aliás, qual seria o interesse de uma vida desprovida de entusiasmo, surpresa ou descoberta? Para haver descoberta é necessário um primeiro momento em que não entendemos o que está a acontecer. Em que temos de subir o nível de pensamento e colocar a nossa consciência numa tónica de transcendência. E é esse processo que tonifica os nossos músculos emocionais e mentais. É isso que torna a nossa história de vida interessante, ou até épica.Não sei o que acha, mas seria muito enfadonho dizer: fulano nasceu, viveu confortavelmente sem desafios, e certo dia morreu. Concluo portanto dizendo que gosto muito do facto de poder levantar-me todos os dias para situações, desafios e pessoas novas. Pouca preparação necessito senão a vontade de viver tudo isso com entrega, escolhendo a pessoa que quero manifestar a cada momento. Ainda bem que você está aí para ler estas palavras&#8230; ia ser um pouco pateta eu dar-me a este trabalho para não partilhar com ninguém, não?!</p>
